Returning An Item...

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email info@mypamperedpup.com to request a refund and we will assign you a shipping label for a large envelope and a tracking number

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

Return Exceptions

Items that have been used will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Original Shipping Fee

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, only the cost of the items will be refunded. 

Exchanges

If your item is damaged or faulty and you would like another, follow the process described in ‘How to Return an Item’ and explain the nature of the damage. Once the damaged or faulty product has been received back we will dispatch a replacement.

We handcraft each and every one of our products but still aim to get all orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
